As far as account is concern i will never recommend any book for that... alwaya go for classnotes .like parveen sharma or other. however for theory books can be preferred like padhukas.

for AS DS rawat may b the good option....

SFM - A N Shridhar

Audit -- padhukas best ( fully agree with ram)

C law - Handbook Munish bhandari ,,, if you want detailed book . go for padhuka

Costing - refer classnotes plus book only for theory..

ISCA - studu mat plus Manish Valecha

DT - fully agree with ram (TN MANOHRAN )

IDT - I will never recommend V S datey.. bcoz it is good when you would like to know the subject as a whole.. but in exam you need to hit the answer on target .. you cant do this with mr datey.  it is goog for practicing professionals... it is wastage of time, if u r studying from vs datey during examdays... refer Dippak gupta or NS Govindan may b the goog options.

hey you guys

try to be more specific when you make the post like this ie.. when you give any advice you should also mention which feature u like most in these editions .... simply becouse every author has his/her own way of writing ans every student has his/her own way of study...

by saying straightforward  ....  this book is good & this is not good does not prove anything make your advice more contructive to help others.... if you do this we can easily find which book is best for us.... anyway thanx for your own advices....
