Bare acts

Can any body tell me where I can get the latest amendment of Finance Act 1994 Chapter V (Service Tax) and also Excise and Customs Act in free downloadable format, I have tried the CBEC website but the text over there is way too outdated, as it was last updated on April 2008 only.

The Government of India publishes all the enactments (acts) & laws passed by the Act of Parliament in the official Gazette. All such acts are made available for download by providing a search feature by name or the year in which the law has been passed. The link can be found here.
