what is the use of bank payment voucher in tally ?

Dear venkatesh when you make payments from your bank you make entries through bank payment voucher. Say paying electricity bill by cheque. Regards
Tally provide this feature to seperate Cash & Chq payments. For all chq pmt you have to mention chque no in it and in cash there are no need for this. While spooling day book for the day you can easily identified cash & cheque payments.
