bad encrypt dictionary- adobe reader

It means that Acrobat cannot decrypt the document. Acrobat is activated for another account than the account that was used to download the license, which contains the rights to open the document.

This can happen after installing Acrobat over or after a reader. 

The solution is to reactivate Acrobat with the previously used account (Passport or Adobe Id).
