B. com from ignou-form 112

dear all, This is very serious.. I am currently pursuing my CA aRTICLESHIP and also doing B.Com (A&F) from Ignou. As this course is correspondence and under MOU with ICAI so do i need to submit Form 112 to ICAI. As till now i hadn't submit it. Please guys tell me whether it is my liability to submit it under such situation. Please reply me as soon as possible as it is very serious matter. Thank you a lot in advance.
