Hi,
A very quick (probably dirty too) solution is as follows:
1. Use the FILE->PAGE SETUP option and click the SHEET tab and set "ROWS TO REPEAT AT TOP" as the column-heading of your EXCEL Worksheet. Press OK button after you have done it.
2. Now launch the FILE->PRINT PREVIEW option and click the button named MARGIN. (You will see this button on the top).
3. We will now set the margin to print only one record per page. To do this pull the Top Margin indicator thread downwards and then pull the Bottom Margin indicator thread upwards. Note that the print preview shows one record and column heading in each page. Do cycle through the records by clicking the NEXT button and satisfy yourself about the format before printing.
Suggestion: To save pages, you can save the printout to a text file, open this saved file using an editor and replace the PAGE BREAK characters by couple of NEW-LINE CHARACTERS or by a simple continuous line (“-------”) to act as separator between records. (Do this only if you are comfortable with the process.)
A neat solution would be to use Excel Macros (using VBA or VB) or to import the data from your worksheet into a database and then programe the printout as desired.
Hope this helps.
