Authentication failure

Hello everyone, I want to enrol for the GMCS II batch at the EIRC Kolkata region. However, when I go with Forget option then I receive a link on my mail ID. But that link takes me to a page where it says "Authentication Failure, Please try with your Custom Browser". Because of all this complexities I am unable to register for GMCS batch. I even had to skip one starting this Monday because of this problem. Please help me guys!!
