Audit for payroll of IT co,having offices / clients across g

hi

Presently, i am reviewing payroll for IT co, having offices / clients across the globe.

Can someone from TCS/wipro/infosys or any IT co having office across globe, help me in the payroll auditing when:

 - there are "n"no of employess travelling to & fro to various countries.

 - when project / stay date is uncertain of emplyee is uncertain.

 - when to have daily allowance / or do we need to define salary matrix for each & every country.

 - what to include in policy for each country.

 - what about taxation in that country. What should be co's responsibility,I heard, infosys provide guidance to employees in filing returns in that country !!! Should co take responsibility to provide guidance for filing returns / inform employees of the tax structures prevailing in that country ?

- how to deal with leaves when employee is travelling in various countries ( eg 4 mths in US,3 mths in India,5 mths in UK ). how to carry forward leaves .

Pl provide your valuable inputs. ( Pl note this is not a normal routine audit, but a management audit )
