It was not now in action.. This rule was deleted...
This rule interprets that an auditor cant accept the audit at a lower fees which the previous auditor was charging...
Interstingly now this had been deleted....

punjab sind bank credited interest in my fdr account. his deducted tax on interest Rs. 1052/- & Rs.159/-. so i claim to income tax- Rs.1210/- but TDS return upload only Rs.1052/- & TDS not deposited Rs.159/-
