I have incorporated a Private Company Limited by shares. For certificate of commencement i've filled Form INC 21.
Can u please guide me what all attachments are mandatory with it?

Proof of payment of stamp duty is mandatory. You can attach copy of Bank Account statement showing deposit of subscripttion money as optional attachment.
