I have filled Refund ITR 4 for Assessment Year 2011-12 in July'11, but till today i have not received assessment order u/s 143(1). As i have already called toll free number provided by CBDT, but still i havnt received the same. If someone know about that how to get the same then please help me to get.

First of all, its not assessment order, the right word is Intimation u/s 143(1). In case, you not received any intimation from the department in such a case, your acknowledgement would be considered deemed intimation and in such a situation you are not in need for further intimation.

They have also told me refund amount, But the same will not process till intimation will generate. What will you suggest to do.

I think your conern is with respect to your Refund.
Let me tell you your refund and intimation u/s 143(1) has no connection. As already Mukesh Sir has told that if u havnt received ur intimation then ur ack is ur deemed intimation.
Many of my cclients never received any intimation but they got thier refund in time.
you may probably receive ur intimation by the end of July, 2012.
As far as ur refund is concerned u r definitely going to get it

As customer care executive told me that when your intimation order generate, your refund order will process automatically. And they never assured that your intimation will get generated but keep giving a reference number that you had communication with us. As far lets see when i will get refund. And as per You as well as Mr. Mukesh, ackknowledgment is my deemed intimation but July is not so far, let myself have to wait.
u can also check ur refund status @ NSDL site
Type in Google "Refund Status"
and then type ur PAN NO. in CAPITAL LETTERS
and then choose appropriate assmt year.

There is new facility avaIlable for Resending Notice U/s 143 in https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/
give new adress or Mail ID for resending Notice u/s143 and you rcd it within 7 working days.......!!!
