Hi Rashmi

At the time of taking transfer - you can show excess leaves of 3 months and thereby you would have 9 months pending and you can apply for Industrial Training...

btw GE is hiring Industrial Trainees...

Total thanks : 1 times

thanks neha.

so u mean when I get form 103 signed now from my existing employer now in order to take up industrial training, i should show excess leave in it..right?

Are you sure institute would not have any issues with this...

I am sorry if the question sounds foolish or mundane..but a reply would be really well appreciated..

Regards.
