07 July 2013Hi everyone. Because of my health problems I had to take transfer in my second year. I requested for approval of my transfer and got Form 109 signed from my Principal but now I have recieved rejection of my approval and also I have got a signed Form 109. Can you please help me what should i do?

Yes..you cannot send form 109 directly
First you need to take prior approval of ICAI and then can take transfer..

so request icai to take transfer first
as yours is valid reason icai will grant you permission
