Articleship transfer

sir i had took transfer in my second year and joined a new firm, my acceptance letter has not yet arrived fir trsnsfer approval, along with transfer application I also had submitted form 109, and form 103 for registration in new firm. I have enquired in institute regarding transfer request thry said that it will be permitted and letter will be sent to me in 10 to 15 days. now the firm i have joined and requested for registration is a small firm....now i realised that they do not have much work and i wont get anything new to learn, my new principal is willing to give me transfer...can i get a second transfer, if yes please tell me tge procedure. That would be really helpful
