Articleship querry

Hello cci members I request your advice regarding a querry. My friend registered for articleship with b.com distance in form 112. later he took transfer and joined in another firm. For the second registration he forgot and showed icwa in form 112. Is he going to face any problem. If yes, what should he do? Please help. Thanks in advance.
