Articleship leave rules-help

Dear friends,

PLEASE FIND THE ATTACHMENT and let me know if my calculations are correct.

my principle is trying to maipulate and trying the extend my articles.

pls see if this is correct and i can present this working with 23 days extension.

Please give me information as to how many leave you have taken during the articleship period, is the leave taken by you over and above the saturdays??

Anyhow, my total leaves were 176 days.

But i need to make sure it is correct. Pls see the attachment. Calculation links are provided too.

From my understanding of your calculation i get that you are deducting saturdays and sundays from your leaves, by doing this you are not actually showing the correct leave taken during the year. for example in the first year you have taken 2.5 leave out total working days of 127 but in your calculation the leave taken comes to be (11.5) which is wrong in my opinion, if i just include the leave column you have taken 329.5 leaves, you are on leave since August?? correct me if i am wrong.
