the most important thing you will learn through articleship is vouching. it forms the crux of any audit. so make sure you do that vouching even though it is boring, you can know many events of financial statements with this.

The articleship training period is an important phase in a CA aspirants life, as it will gear up to handle the challenges of tomorrow either in practice or in corporate job. The kind of training one gets, will all depend on the Firm where you are pursuing your articleship. In a dynamic firm, it depends on your interest and opportunities that you grab, to get quality exposure in terms of working practice. Thus, the kind of involvement is not just restricted to Audit, it's beyond that.

Don't think which kind of work you will be doing in the articles but you should compare yourslef on daily & you should find atleast one value added to you on each day........
