Under the new format of articles of association of companies act 2013 where exactly would increase in capital by the company would be taken care of ? I dont find any suitable head under the new AOA of 2013 act where i can put it.

Alteration of capital is provided at article No. 35 of Table F in Schedule I to the Companies Act, 2013
