I forwarded my form 109 - Completion of article ship in the month of march 2011. I went on to prepare for my May 2011 final exams. Towards the end of April I received a letter from institute that I have taken excess leave for 26 days. As the exams were near, I wrote the exam with out re-registering. Kindly advise the course of action which I should take.
you should re register for articleship now
you will have fill form 108
Completion of articleship is required to fill form-108 not 109.
Now you whill have to fill form 107 and will have to take 26days articleship from your principal or any of a CA.
