Article ship cancellation
Sir, i sent my article ship registration forms last week. now i want to cancel my registration and i want to join in another firm in my native place. what are the steps required to do this.

You need to take transfer in this case. Ask your principal to send Form 109 in order to terminate your articleship under him.

You just need to file a termination letter (Form 109) After filing it, you can get registered under any other member by filing form 103.
All you need is your principal's consent. If he allows you to take transfer, then there is nothing to worry; subject to the fact that you need to take permission from ICAI too before taking transfer.
