Article completion letter
I completed my Articleship in December 2015, filled up Form 108 and delivered it to ICAI but didn't receive the completion letter. When I wrote to sahaayata they replied the following. ...Your termination/ completion is pending for want of REVISED 108-for the registered deed period ended on 21.12.2015. Letter in this have already send to both of u and ur employer. You are once again advised to send the same at the earliest as per ICAI guidlines so that further necessary action in the matter may be taken at our end.... Can anyone explain me this?

Ask your employer first whether he received the letter or not. If not, then they are asking to send the 108 form again to the icai. Also attach one letter explaining the fact that you have sent it earlier but haven't received the letter you can attach the proof of delivery with it (for example if you sent form 108 by depositing at chapter office they must be stamped the seal on one copy along with date embodied on it). Get signed the letter by yourself and the principal and sent it again.
