Are foreign remittances exempt if tax has been deducted in india?

If an NRI working abroad in a foreign branch of an Indian company has got his tax deducted u/s 194J, are his remittances to India taxable in our country or are they exempt u/s 10(6) ?

Isn't TDS to cut u/s 195,since Payments are made by an Indian Co. to a Non Resident?

Need To Confirm Residential Status Of That May Be He Is Resident

If He Is Non Resident And Working In Abroad And Not Providing Any Service To Indian Company Then His Income Is Not Accrues And Arise In India So TDS Not Applicable (Exception If He Is Received Professional Fees Directly In India)
