Are-1 form...why??

ARE-1 , is an application form for Removal of Excisable Goods For Export Whether without PAYMENT of duty or on payment of DUTY with a claim For Rebate submitted in excise.

means if there is non excisable goods then there is no requirement of ARE 1 form...???

Also tell me is there is any connection between ARE1 and CT1 form..
