Appointment of first auditor
In case of Public Co., First Auditor is appointed for 1 year or 5 Years and If auditor appointed for 5 Years in a resolution then ADT-1 filed or not.There is also a requirement of SRN in Form AOC-4 in 5 Years annual filing

first auditor's appointment is valid till conclusion of 1st AGM
He may be reappointed for 5 years at 1st AGM after approval of members,because 1st auditor is appointed by BOARD. (please do suggest if I'm wrong)
