Application for scribe

This facility is available to a person who is suffering from permanent physicaly disability in the upper hand so as to restricts his writing speed or to a blind person or low vision person or  to a person who has disability of temporary nature which restricts his writing speed. A certificate to this effect issued by Government hospital is required to be submitted to the ICAI atleast one month before the exam. Since exam is very near, ICAI will not entertain this. U may apply even try with necessary documents in support of his claim.......
