Sir applicable of cenvat credit under beauty parlour service

If beauty parlour is not a small service provider(taxable serivces exceeds Rs 10 lac) it may avail cenvat credit on items which assists in providing output services.

Its ok but please remember only credit of excise duty & service tax will be available. If you have paid any sales tax while purchasing materials then it cannot be set off against service tax liability.
