Hi, Payment of service chgs to automobile dealer n der sales executive fr sourcing car loan aplicatn- rs.96000/- . How much tds to b deducted n wether ser tax is applicable?

Hi Siddarth,

Payment is made by whom? an Individual? for business purpose? be clear on the question please , and as far as service tax is concerned service tax is applicable but i dont understand why do you want to know whether they are applicable to ST . Please clarify.

Yes , on service charges -service tax applicable as far as tds should be deducted excluding service tax part, only on net amt. Tds deducted...and yes detail of the transactions will help u to get proper reply..
