HELLO FRIENDS , CAN ANYBODY TELL ME IN CA FINAL MAY 2012, WHETHER COS. ACT,1956 WILL BE APPLICABLE / COS. AMENDMENT ACT,2008 IN CORPORATE & ALLIED LAWS PAPER?

It will be notified by ICAI Officially from when it will be applicable n for which exam.

As of now its not yet notified.

By the way its Companies (Ammendment) Act ,2009.
