Is Companies Act 2013 applicable for November 2014?

ICAI has clarified via a notification that Companies' Act, 2013 won't be applicable for May 2014 but with regard to Nov 2014 ICAI has not made any announcemnt yet. So, please wait.
Wait for icai annocment on nov 14... for companies act 13....
