Dear sir, I am working in Cars service center,we provide AMC 2years to customers, once car was come to workshop we provide free service in AMC basis and invoice was raised, so how to pass the accounting entery

In agency services, mostly it will be a contract either with Dealer or the Car company to provide services under warranties.
In such cases, the companies bear the service cost,
and so you need to pass the following entry:
CAR company/ Dealer Dr.
