Am i eligible for final nov. 2011

hi can anyone help me out n tell me whether m i eligible for nov. 2011 final.

i had pass my pcc exam in may 11 only n i got registered for final this august only.

kindly tell me am i eligible for appearing in final 2011 attemp.
