One of XYZ company having its share Value of Rs. 10/- each and premium shares each one Rs. 15/-.
Xyz company allotted 100 shares to the WAB company.

In this shares XYZ company received the amount as follows:

     Share Value              Rs. 10 x100  =  1000           - >    6 x 100 = 600      Due  is   400/-
     Premium Share        Rs. 15 x 100 =  1500           ->    10x 100= 1000    Due is    500/-

Now XYZ company wants to increase the share premium to Rs. 20/- for Allotted 100 shares The total cost of premium Share is Rs. 20 x 100 = 2000/-

My query is As per the Companies Act  xyz company  can increase the share Premium value?  As that company  already filed  with ROC as Rs. 15 x 100 = 1500/- for premium share

Is it possible to increase the share premium after filing with ROC
