According to sec. 10(1) agriculture income is exempt in calculating the total income but if any assess has earned agriculture income from outside india let suppose from Nepal, that this income will be taken in calculating the total income of that assess?
If that person is Resident and ordinary type of resident than what will happen and if that person is Resident but not ordinary resident and when he is Non resident. What will happen in this 3 cases.?
