after how much rent paid tds deduction is necessary
If I pay rent of 45000per month do I have to deducts tax at source if yes then how much

U/s 194I(a) Rent of Plant & Machinery if Exceed Rs.180000/-P.A Tds is @ 2%
U/s 194I(b) Rent of Land Building & Furniture if Exceed Rs.180000/-P.A Tds is @ 10% .
But better to deduct from the beginning of the year, if likely to cross the limit in the year....
