I don't think anyone can come to now your employment details from details of your PAN. So don't be tense about it.

Difficult to find by a company whether ur workin for someone else.. so need not worry..

Nobody can find such details mere by pan card number

but

you have to submit form 12B for issue of form 16, where u have to show all details

if your company or anybody has access to your form 26AS then every TDS is mentioned there. 

Agree with US Sharma,

and it is not possible to search this kind of information through PAN card.

they may be find from income tax side if in another company your tds is deducted.similarly in second company your tds is deducted.so they get to know from 26as which service is provided in income tax side....
