If u have any income from firm then it is exempted.
For exemption to pay advance tax 2 conditions r there
1.u doesn't have any income chargeable under the head "Profits & Gains from Business or Profession" and
2.U r of the age 60 years or more at any time during previous year

As mentioned earlier by Sheetal, the advance tax is not applicable provided you fulfill both the conditions.
Now comming to your querry Sir, if you are reciving Remuneration from the firm the same shall be taxable under the head PGBP as provided by sec 28(v). Hence on eof the condition of Sec 207 of advance tax exemption would be violated and therefore you will have you the pay the advance tax liability as per revised norms by the FInance ACt 2016.
