What are the last dates for advance payment of fringe benifit tax. If it is paid late, how much is the interest applicable under what section.

Dates are same as for Advance Income Tax. Interest is calculated on qtrly basis @ 1% p.m.

the last dates for payments of advance tax is
15 june for the quarter apr - jun
15 september - jul to sep
15 december- oct to dec
15 march - jan to mar
interest is calculated on 1% per month...
