Sir,please explain me about American depositary receipts ,Global depositary receipts,Carbon credits and how they are useful in financing a business.

1. If you as an Individual want to invest in a Company which is situated in America, you cannot be a Shareholder, instead you get American Depository Receipts. Its nothing but an investment receipt, like a Share Certificate.
2. Similarly, If you want to invest in a Company situated outside India (Except America), you get Global Depository Receipts.
3. I don't know about Carbon Credits, sorry!
