My Uncle was an Income tax practicioner (ITP) since one year he wants to become CA is any provision is their to become CA without doing articles Thanking you OM SAI SRI SAI JAI JAI SAI

As far as i know about the rules, there is no provision to complete CA without doing articleship. In CS/CWA you can get exemption for a certain period if you have an experience in certain specified fields, but in CA even that's not allowed. Everyone is required to undergo 3 yrs articleship.

boss..... if there was such provision then why the hell or v under going or articleship.................................

Even v would have become CA without Articleship

Your uncle can do IPCC without articles. passing IPCC (CA Inter) will bring a great knowledge and change in his career. so recommend him. after Inter he can think further.
