LLP has paid Rs 15000 as additioanl fees for late filing of form No 8 and 11 to MCA. Will it be disallowed during tax computation?

In my opinion allowable. As late fee is not penalty and such type of payments are not described in any section regarding disallowance. And these type of expenses can not be considered as " Expenses incurred for any purpose which is an offence by law (or) Expenses incurred for any purpose which is prohibited by law"
So allowable.
