It is not good to add refernece in CV itself otherwise it may give an impression that you want the post only bcoz of reference and not ur actual qualification,knowledge and experience.
You can say it verbally.
It is not adivsable to add references initially. Instead, you can write as below:
REFERENCES : Will be available upon request
