I want to know what is the accounting Treatment and accounting entries for receipt of Pathpedi Amt in Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss A/c.

Pathpedi amount is it revenue in nature or capital receipt. If it is revenue in nature, the entry must be cash/bank a/c Dr

To Pathpedi a/c (Revenue & expenditure a/c)

If it is capital in nature.

the entry must be

pathpedi a/c (assets side)

to party a/c
