Accounting treatment for moisture loss

For an Bio Mass based Power Plant,can you please suggest me, whether moisture loss can be accounted in books of accounts in case of Raw Materials (Such as Firewood,Mango Wood and Palm Timber), and its accounting Treatment.

And anymore information that you could suggest me.
