Hi Sir/Mam, Please tell us, one of our company sale - purchase ticket of cricket matches at time of revenue they charge convenience fee & service tax on convenience fee then question to be asked convenience fee is our income ro expenditure.

Your query is not clear. If your company is charging convenience fee, then it has to be income to your company.

Anything you are from your customer in the name of convenience fee or whatever named called is a part of your income.

Better to do a TRP (Tax Return Preparer) course first, after that u can start ur own profession as TRP, u'll get notifications directly from the CBDT, if there is any amendment in tax & laws, they will also provide u business in case of any person seeking to get his income tax return filed.
