Accident expense of employee under what head

Hi All!!

I am a student (from other background) and for my research I require to know a small point:

1) If suppose a company's employee has accident in India and the company provides for the medical care , can you tell me in what account the medical expense would be reflected.

staff welfare or any other account?

2) I believe most of the  organized sector company's employee are covered by ESI(Employees State Insurance) , how this get adjusted in the accounts? More accident prone industries do they bear a higher insurance cost? In which account they adjust this?
