ONE PERSON HAS FILLED HIS ITR FOR THE FY 2016-17 ,THAN I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHEN HE HAS TO LINK HIS PAN CARD WITH AADHAAR .
AND WILL YOUR ANSWER DEFER IF THE PERSON HAS NOT FILLED HIS ITR???

All those who have obtained aadharcard are required to link it with PAN by 1st July, 2017.
Those who have already filled return may (better not to) wait till further action/notification by department/CBDT.
