Dear Friends,

As we all know that now are not allowed to transfer.

The main motto of articleship is to gather practical knowledge as well as CA approach that will be helpfull in our carrear. Our CA are supposed to groom us but. Thankfully this type of culture is not created by the principal/firm.

After this recent noticication (27.03.2009) we are become a bounded labour, and we are now days treated like the same. This is totally unhumonic process. This is hampering the mentally of genaration X CA.

We student should protest jointly against it, but how???

I suggest:

Our hands are tred and mouth is shut though we can protest by the way shown by "Mahatma Gandhi"

From today onwards all the student who think that this is wrong should not attend any program or seminar organished by ICAI. So that we can raise our voice against ICAI.

I suggest this because it is not just mine or your problem it is the problem of all the 5,18,798 students.

but how do we protest ???

Although youe idea is good , it would not make much difference as most of the seminars are menat for members benefits.I have another idea in my mind. This is just a suggestion.

We all articles should unite & should have strike for a week so that all principals & ICAI realise our contribution..

We should raise questions by doing strike................nd with the help of media......It will be more fruitful

the institute has a monopoly system we hv no option but to accept it.

now firms r just blood suckers they took us as a servent whjo is paid 1500 per month.......................................................just 1500......

 we should show our dissent towards dis by mailing dem, writing articles 

restricting trf. is not gng. 2  solve problem of dummies.

instead dey shud introduce 1 practical test which shud b compulsary to pass. in dat they wuld ask just dose qus. which can b answered only by students undergoing training.. qus shud not b common..as all would not hv learnt d same.. 

qus shud b asked just like interviews... a panel of 2-3 persons can b made at different places..

like we used 2 hv in skools.. but in a standarised way..

Do u think that writing mails would pinch their hippo skins?I dont think so. Many students have already tried it but oits of no use.WEll, I wud like to know abt this practical tse in details . PLease elaborate it in detail.

I think we should form a union and then contact the head office....I am sure they would listen to our complaints

c prosanta do u think this strategy will attain success.most of the students of ICAI are the sons, daughters, nephews etc of members.their presence in seminars would constitute the quorum.inly we will be the fools
