can 80g deductions be claimed on behalf of donations given by spouse

No. Only donor can claim it.

Further if say 10000 is given as donation and 5000 is shown in the return under 100% donation given to a temple.. Den in response to notice can we show receipts of 10000 to claim 50% accordingly? Kindly clarify the query

MAINE REGISTER KIYA HAI SERVICE TAX MAIN PAHALE BUT MUZE ABHI TAK PROVISIONAL ID NAHI AAYA THA.

TO MAINE REGISTER KIYA HAI DIRECT GST.GOV.IN MAIN 31 JULY 2017 KO.

MUZE ABHI GSTIN NUMBER AAYA HAI TO MAIN JULY KA RETURN KAISA BHARU.
