Can I claim 80C deduction with an FD of my wife's name?

Agree with sir,,,,, you are not avail 80 c deduction of such as
you not claim but if your wife also file ITR then she claim deduction u/s 80C also there have conditions that are:
1. deduction u/s 80C limited to rs. 1,50,000
2. fd blockin period 5 years.

You can't claim deduction u/s 80c as FD is not on your name but your wife can claim the same.
