I have a company Registered under the Name "XXXXX" Medical Equipments & Consumables Pvt Ltd register at Kanpur RoC with the following Registration Upto Date

- Registered Trademark Class 10
- GST Registration
- ITR Filled.
- All Registration and its respective Returns are up to date filled.
The company has no physical assets and is showing NIL transactions for 2 years. The reason for selling is that majority of key working people have relocated out of India now.
